Founded in Parma, Italy in 1983 by the Bollati Family, Davines Group started as a research laboratory, producing high-end hair care products for renowned cosmetic companies worldwide. After a decade of honing our expertise, we began creating our own brand of Davines hair care products exclusively for salons, and in 1996 founded [ comfort zone ] skin care for premier spas.

Import Duty & Taxes
We accept returns within 7-days from the day of purchased. To be qualified for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Packaging has not opened or the products are damaged or wrong item. Please notify us and return the box on its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. On this case, we will process to send you another products. We can only accepts returns products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will do the full exchange. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can change the order within 24 hrs. Once the payment is done we cannot do any refund for the amount instead we can change into new item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
