To be qualified for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Packaging has not opened or the products are damaged or wrong item. Please notify us and return the box on its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. On this case, we will process to send you another products. We can only accepts returns products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will do the full exchange.
